The Dental Missions Conference is a time of gathering, renewal, and vision-casting for those called to serve through dentistry in missions. It seeks to reaffirm dentistry as a sacred vocation, grounded in service, compassion, excellence, and faith. Through shared learning, prayer, and fellowship, the conference aims to strengthen dental services and programs within mission hospitals and foster meaningful collaboration across the mission healthcare network.

A day dedicated to mission dentists — exploring calling, professional fruitfulness, and collaborative kingdom-building in healthcare missions. Includes the Annual EHA Meet.
Clinically rich scientific sessions addressing the unique challenges of mission-context dentistry, alongside a tribute to a beloved pioneer and mentor.
A sacred time of consecration, communion, and surrender — waiting upon God together as we recommit our skills and lives to His mission in healthcare.

Dr Rabin K. Chacko has dedicated decades of his life to advancing dental care within mission hospitals across India, combining clinical excellence with a deep, unwavering faith. His pioneering work established dental departments in underserved mission contexts, and his mentorship has shaped an entire generation of Christian dental practitioners who now carry forward his vision of dentistry as a sacred calling.

The Dental Missions Conference welcomes all those engaged in or called to dentistry in a mission context. Each day is designed with a specific audience in mind:
Day 1 (Friday, April 17) is exclusively for Mission Hospital Dentists
Day 2 (Saturday, April 18) is open to Mission Hospital Dentists, Christian Dentists in any setting, and CMC Dental Alumni
Day 3 (Sunday, April 19) — the Spiritual Retreat — is open to Mission Hospital staff and Christian Dentists who wish to close the conference in prayer, consecration, and communion.

The conference will be held at the Medical College Campus, Christian Medical College (CMC), Bagayam, Vellore.
Yes — limited shared accommodation is available on-site for registered participants. Accommodation is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early registration.
There are also few hotels and guesthouses available in and around Vellore for those who prefer private accommodation.
If you need to cancel your registration, the following charges will apply:
More than 1 week in advance: 25% of the registration fee will be charged
Within 1 week to 24 hours before: 50% of the registration fee will be charged
Within 24 hours of the event: 75% of the registration fee will be charged
